Job Openings – Quality Assurance & Quality Control:-
Quality Assurance (QA) Responsibilities:
- Document Management – Prepare, review, issue, and archive SOPs, registers, and formats in compliance with regulatory standards.
- In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) – Conduct IPQA checks to ensure SOP adherence during production.
- Equipment Qualification – Review qualification/requalification of equipment, utilities, AHUs, and purified water systems. Along with calibration and maintenance records.
- Quality Reporting – Prepare annual product quality reviews and manage Batch Manufacturing & Packing Records (BMR/BPR).
Quality Control (QC) Responsibilities:
- Sample Testing – Conduct sampling and analysis of raw materials (RM), packing materials (PM), finished products (FP), stability samples, vendor samples, and R&D samples.
- Instrument Calibration – Perform calibration and troubleshooting of analytical instruments like HPLC and GC.
- LIMS Management – Handle Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for efficient data management.
- Advanced Testing – Perform wet chemistry analysis, particle size analysis, ICPMS, and other specialized testing methods.
Candidate Profile:-
Experience: 2–6 years in QA or QC in the pharmaceutical/API industry.
Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or related fields.
Skills:
- Knowledge of GMP, ICH, and regulatory guidelines.
- Proficiency in LIMS, HPLC, GC, wet chemistry, and instrument calibration.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Preferred:
- For QA – Archival management, IPQA checks, and annual product quality reviews.
- For QC – Wet lab analysis, ICPMS experience.
Salary & Benefits:-
