Job Responsibilities:-
As a Project Specialist – Medical Events at Sanofi, your key duties will include:
- Managing end-to-end medical and scientific events using the OneCRM events portal.
- Handling event approvals, documentation, and compliance workflows.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders until event closure.
- Managing attendee registrations and event-related data.
- Preparing KPIs, performance reports, and process improvement recommendations.
- Mentoring new specialists and updating training materials.
- Staying updated on CRM and PromoMat system enhancements.
Eligibility & Skills Required:-
To apply for this position, candidates must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in event management (preferably in pharma or life sciences).
- Proficiency in MS Office and Veeva Vault.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
