Job Responsibilities:-

As a Project Specialist – Medical Events at Sanofi, your key duties will include:

• Managing end-to-end medical and scientific events using the OneCRM events portal.
• Handling event approvals, documentation, and compliance workflows.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders until event closure.
• Managing attendee registrations and event-related data.
• Preparing KPIs, performance reports, and process improvement recommendations.
• Mentoring new specialists and updating training materials.
• Staying updated on CRM and PromoMat system enhancements.

Eligibility & Skills Required:-

To apply for this position, candidates must have:

• A Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in event management (preferably in pharma or life sciences).
• Proficiency in MS Office and Veeva Vault.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
