As a Medical Data Abstractor at Triomics, you will be part of the Oncology Clinical team and play a critical role in reviewing electronic medical records (EMRs), extracting oncology‑specific clinical data, and supporting clinical trial builds. The position demands accuracy, strong clinical judgment, and a deep understanding of cancer diagnosis and treatment pathways.
Key Responsibilities:-
Oncology Trial Screening & Eligibility:
Screen patient medical records for eligibility across multiple oncology clinical trials using trial‑specific inclusion and exclusion criteria. Assess oncology cases carefully to ensure protocol‑aligned screening decisions.
Clinical Data Abstraction:
Interpret and abstract data from diagnostic reports, pathology findings, imaging studies, physician notes, and laboratory results. Extract oncology‑specific information such as staging, biomarkers, treatment history, and response assessments.
Medical Record Review:
Review EMRs thoroughly and abstract adverse events, medications, hospitalizations, and comorbidities into electronic data systems with high accuracy and consistency.
Oncology Subject Matter Expertise:
Serve as an oncology subject matter expert across solid tumors and hematologic malignancies. Maintain strong awareness of cancer types, standard‑of‑care treatments, and evolving oncology trial designs.
Study Build & Data Libraries:
Support the development and maintenance of study‑specific data libraries and oncology data dictionaries. Ensure data elements align with protocol and research objectives.
Quality Control & Compliance:

Required Qualifications:-
