Job Role Explanation – IPQA
As an IPQA professional, you will act as the quality representative on the manufacturing floor. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that all manufacturing operations are conducted as per approved SOPs, BMRs, and GMP guidelines. This role helps prevent deviations, errors, and compliance issues during production.
Key Responsibilities (Explained)
Monitor in-process manufacturing activities as per SOPs
Ensure strict compliance with GMP, GDP, and safety guidelines
Perform line clearance before and after manufacturing
Verify Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and in-process checks
Monitor and document Critical Process Parameters (CPPs)
Identify and report deviations, OOS, OOT, and incidents
Assist in investigations and CAPA implementation
Maintain logbooks, controlled documents, and records
Coordinate with Production, QC, Engineering, and QA teams
Support internal audits, external audits, and regulatory inspections
