Key Responsibilities (Across All Roles):-


While each department has its own workflow, SRUZAM Labs expects the following competencies across QC, QA, Production, and Engineering functions:


✔ Quality Management & Compliance:


Develop, update, and maintain QMS documentation and quality plans

Manage Change Control, Deviations, CAPA, OOS/OOT/OOC investigations

Handle market complaints, product recall activities, and continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure audit readiness and compliance with regulatory bodies

✔ GMP & Audit Activities:


Perform daily cGMP rounds inside the plant

Participate in internal audits, external audits, and follow-up CAPAs

Monitor shop floor compliance and maintain high production standards

✔ Validation, Qualification & Documentation:


Prepare and review validation protocols for process validation, cleaning validation, and equipment qualification

Maintain complete documentation for BMR/BPR, validation records, and QMS files

Conduct in-line inspections, pre-final checks, and final product evaluations

✔ Production Excellence:


Oversee daily batch operations and ensure timely execution of manufacturing activities

Coordinate with QA and QC to maintain seamless workflow and batch release timelines

Support manufacturing scale-up, process optimization, and efficiency improvement

✔ Engineering & Maintenance:


Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules

Coordinate with vendors for equipment calibration, qualification, and maintenance

Manage breakdown activities to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted production

Required Skills & Qualifications:-


SRUZAM Labs is looking for candidates with solid technical and regulatory knowledge. The essential qualifications include:

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.E. / B.Tech (Engineering or related discipline)

Strong experience in USFDA, MHRA, or WHO-GMP certified plants

Excellent understanding of QMS, cGMP, audits, and validation processes

Knowledge of software tools like Pharmacloud (preferred but not mandatory)

Leadership skills with the ability to train, guide, and coordinate with different teams

Strong communication, documentation, and audit-handling capabilities
