Open Positions – Qualification & Experience Requirements:-
Fermenta Biotech is hiring professionals for its API Production and Quality Assurance departments. Below are the detailed role requirements:
1️⃣ Plant Operator – API Production:
Qualification: ITI (AOCP or relevant chemical trade)
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Department: API Production
Role Summary:
Operation of production equipment
Batch processing and monitoring
Handling reactors, centrifuges, and dryers
Following safety, SOPs, and cGMP standards
2️⃣ Executive – Production:
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.E. Chemical
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Department: API Production
Role Summary:
Supervising API manufacturing operations
In-process quality checks
Coordination with QA/QC and Engineering
Ensuring compliance with GMP and safety guidelines
3️⃣ Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance:
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry
Experience: 3 to 8 years
Department: Quality Assurance
Role Summary:
Document review (BMR, BPR, SOPs)
Handling deviations, CAPA, and change control
Compliance with regulatory audits
Quality system implementation
Important Requirement:-
Only candidates with hands-on experience in Pharmaceutical API / Bulk Drug manufacturing are eligible.
Experience from formulations or other industries is NOT acceptable.
