Job Overview:-

Key Responsibilities:-
- Team Management: Lead and guide a team of four microbiology professionals, setting performance goals and supporting their daily operational activities.
- Sterility Assurance: Ensure compliance with international sterility standards, protocols, and quality management systems (QMS).
- Audit & Compliance: Support internal and external audits, respond to findings, and maintain full regulatory compliance.
- Microbiological Testing: Conduct detailed microbiological and chemical analyses, interpret results, and implement corrective measures when required.
- Continuous Improvement: Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve sterilization efficiency and process consistency.
- Documentation & CAPA: Maintain accurate documentation for all activities, including Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) reports and process validation records.
- Program Development: Review, update, and strengthen Sterility Assurance programs to align with Medtronic’s global standards.
