Key Responsibilities:-
As a Clinical Data Management Lead, you will be responsible for:

Managing end-to-end clinical data management delivery for single and multi-service projects

Gathering study setup requirements and supporting new device integrations

Overseeing data cleaning, validation, and quality checks

Tracking timelines, milestones, risks, and implementing corrective actions
-
Leading internal study meetings, audits, and sponsor communications

Training, mentoring, and guiding junior CDM team members

Collaborating with programming and automation teams to improve efficiency

Ensuring compliance with SOPs, GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory standards
This role requires leadership, precision, and the ability to manage complex clinical datasets across global studies.
