Available Job Roles at Provis Biolabs:-
1. Production (Downstream/Upstream)
- Handle bioprocessing operations such as fermentation, purification, and downstream processing.
- Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Work on process optimization to improve yield and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets.
2. Quality Control (Analytical/QMS)
- Perform analytical testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Implement and manage Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Conduct stability studies and validate analytical methods.
- Ensure documentation compliance as per industry and regulatory requirements.
3. Quality Assurance (IPQA)
- Carry out In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) checks during manufacturing.
- Review and approve SOPs, batch records, and validation protocols.
- Maintain compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards.
- Assist in internal audits and external inspections.
Required Qualifications:-
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or relevant fields.
- Experience: 5–15 years in Production, Quality Control, or Quality Assurance within pharmaceuticals/biopharma.
- Skills:
- Production: Strong knowledge of upstream/downstream bioprocessing.
- QC: Proficiency in analytical techniques and QMS.
- QA: Expertise in cGMP, IPQA, and regulatory compliance.
