Key Responsibilities (PMT Role):-
As a Jr. Product Executive or Product Executive, you will handle the planning, development, and execution of effective pharma marketing strategies. Your primary responsibilities include:
1. Brand Strategy & Marketing Planning:
Develop and execute brand strategies in line with company goals
Create annual marketing plans, brand positioning, and promotional strategies
2. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Conduct detailed competitor analysis
Identify market gaps and opportunities
Analyse product trends within anaesthesia and critical care segments
3. Promotional Material Development:
You will create high-quality marketing content, including:
Visual aids (VAs)
Brochures
Brand reminder items
Digital marketing content
Training materials
4. Campaign Execution & Performance Tracking:
Coordinate with sales teams to roll out campaigns
Collect field feedback to improve marketing strategies
Monitor execution quality and effectiveness
5. Coordination with Cross-Functional Departments:
Work closely with Sales & Marketing
Coordinate with Training, Packaging, R&D, and Regulatory
Support new product launches
6. MIS Reports & Sales Reviews:
Manage brand performance data
Prepare monthly MIS reports
Evaluate the effectiveness of strategies using KPIs

Educational Qualification & Experience:-

✔ Educational Qualification:
B.Pharm (Required)
M.Pharm or MBA in Pharma Management (Preferred)
✔ Experience Required:
1 to 3 years of experience in PMT/Product Management
Experience in anaesthesia or critical care marketing will be an added advantage
