Current Openings at Synokem Lifesciences Haridwar Plant:-

Synokem is hiring across major technical departments, including Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), Engineering, and Apprentice Trainees.

1. Quality Control (QC) Department

🔹 QC Chemist – UV & Chemical Testing

Experience: 1–3 years
Key Skills:

• Hands-on experience with a UV Spectrophotometer

• Strong understanding of wet chemical analysis

• Good knowledge of GMP documentation & SOP compliance

• Ability to manage day-to-day QC operations

🔹 QC Analyst – HPLC (Waters Empower)

Experience: 3–6 years
Required Technical Expertise:

• HPLC analysis (Waters system preferred)

• Assay, Related Substances (RS), Dissolution

• Stability testing and data review

• Knowledge of lab safety & regulatory guidelines

This department is ideal for candidates who want to build a strong foundation in analytical techniques used in OSD manufacturing.

2. Quality Assurance (QA) Department

🔹 QA Officer / Executive – QMS & Documentation

Experience: 1–3 years
Job Expectations:

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical QMS

• Handling Change Control, Deviations, CAPA

• Market complaint handling & audit readiness

• Exposure to IPQA, validation & documentation processes

Candidates with strong analytical thinking, documentation accuracy, and regulatory exposure will excel in this department.

3. Engineering Department

🔹 Engineering Executive / Sr. Executive – Utility & Water System

Experience: 5–8 years
Technical Areas:

• Utility equipment: Boiler, Compressor, Chiller, HVAC

• Water Systems: Purified Water, WFI, Loop systems

• Preventive & breakdown maintenance of OSD process equipment

• Knowledge of CGMP & regulatory norms for engineering

This role is perfect for technically strong professionals who have experience maintaining critical utility systems in pharma manufacturing.

4. Apprentice Trainee (Fresher Opportunity)

Positions For:
B.Tech Freshers – Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Batch Eligible: 2023, 2024, 2025

Training Structure:

• 1-year paid apprenticeship
