About the Job: QC Officer / QC Executive at Radicon Laboratories Ltd:-
Quality Control plays a critical role in pharmaceutical manufacturing, ensuring every product meets the required safety, purity, and effectiveness standards. At Radicon Labs, QC professionals are involved directly in analytical testing, documentation, and maintaining compliance with national and international guidelines.
This position allows you to work with modern analytical instruments and contribute to the development of high-quality pharmaceutical formulations such as tablets, capsules, and ointments.
Key Responsibilities:-
As a QC Officer or QC Executive, your primary duties will include the following:
✔ Hands-On Product Testing:
Conduct in-process (IP) and finished product (FP) testing of tablets, capsules, and ointments.
Verify product quality through physical, chemical, and analytical evaluations.
✔ Instrument Handling:
Operate sophisticated lab instruments used for detailed analysis.
Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
✔ GMP Compliance:
Strictly follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
Maintain accurate and legible documentation for internal and regulatory audits.
✔ Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with production, QA, and R&D teams to solve quality-related issues.
Provide analytical support for process improvements.
✔ Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare test reports, maintain logbooks, and update instruments’ usage records.
Assist in regulatory submissions by providing validated analytical data.
Required Qualifications:-
To qualify for this pharma QC job, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Experience: 2–5 years in pharmaceutical quality control (mandatory).
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience testing tablets, capsules, and ointments.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related disciplines.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of GMP, GLP, documentation practices, and lab instruments.
