1️⃣ PRO – Patient Records & Outreach Analyst (Remote, India)
Work Type: Remote
Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zones)
Languages: English & Hindi
Role Overview
As a Patient Records & Outreach Analyst (PRO), you’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between U.S. healthcare providers and Navya’s oncology experts. Your work will support accurate, data-backed cancer care decisions through timely and precise patient information management.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with U.S.-based hospitals and healthcare facilities to collect, verify, and organize patient medical records.
Support expert oncologists by providing accurate and well-documented patient histories.
Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and patient data confidentiality protocols.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely completion of documentation processes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Life Sciences, Nursing, or Pharmacy.
1–3 years of experience in U.S. healthcare operations, medical scribing, or patient coordination (mandatory).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
In-depth knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy principles.

2️⃣ The Clinical Analyst (Work from Office – Bangalore, Infantry Road)

Role Overview
As a Clinical Analyst, you’ll be part of Navya’s advanced oncology data and research team. Your expertise will help interpret complex patient cases and assist oncologists in recommending personalized, evidence-based treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze patient medical reports, laboratory results, and clinical histories.
Collaborate with oncologists and clinical teams to support decision-making for cancer treatment plans.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency in all clinical data entered into Navya’s AI-powered system.
Contribute to the AI-enabled oncology recommendation platform, improving the speed and quality of global cancer care.
Required Qualifications:
Educational Background:
M.Pharm, Pharm.D, Ph.D (Clinical Research/Pharmacology), B.Tech/M.Tech (Biotechnology), M.Sc, or B.Pharm.
Experience:
Candidates with prior experience in clinical research, oncology, or healthcare analytics are preferred.
Skills:
Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication, and attention to detail.
Freshers with exceptional academic performance or relevant knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
