About the Role: Medical Device Complaint Investigator
The Medical Device Complaint Investigator plays a key role in ensuring the safety, quality, and performance of medical devices used by patients worldwide. You will be part of a professional team that investigates, documents, and resolves customer complaints regarding medical devices.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and analyze product complaints related to medical devices.
Identify complaint trends, risk levels, and critical issues that need escalation.

Maintain proper documentation in compliance with GMP and ISO standards.
Support root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective actions.
