About the Role:-

As a Clinical Feasibility & Business Development Executive, you will play a vital part in evaluating new research opportunities, identifying clinical sites, and building partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
This dynamic position offers a perfect balance between scientific understanding and strategic business growth within the CRO industry.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Feasibility and Site Evaluation:

• Review study protocols to assess site capability and patient availability.
• Identify and engage qualified investigators and clinical sites across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Evaluate potential vendors and research partners to support ongoing projects.
• Contribute to feasibility reports and recommend site selection strategies.

2. Business Growth and Client Engagement:

• Research and target new opportunities in the pharma and biotech sectors.
• Generate business leads through networking, meetings, and digital outreach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and strategic presentations.
• Support the sales pipeline from lead generation to project closure.
• Maintain records in CRM and assist in client follow-ups.

3. Strategic Market Insights:

• Track emerging trends in drug development and clinical research pipelines.
• Identify potential collaborations in new therapeutic areas.
• Support the leadership team in strategic business planning and proposal development.

4. Documentation & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and internal quality standards.
• Maintain updated documentation for client communications and project progress.

Required Qualifications:-

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Clinical Research.
• 1–4 years of experience in clinical feasibility, business development, or trial operations in the CRO or pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong understanding of clinical research phases, regulatory processes, and global trial operations.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
