Key Responsibilities:-
As a Regulatory and Clinical Business Analyst at Infosys, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing digital solutions for global Life Sciences clients. Your primary focus will be on optimizing clinical and regulatory operations through innovative IT tools and frameworks.
Your responsibilities include:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver clinical and regulatory IT projects.
Applying domain expertise in Clinical Trials, Drug Safety, and Pharmacovigilance.
Leading Computer System Validation (CSV) activities to ensure regulatory compliance.
Working with clients to enhance innovation and streamline clinical processes.
Managing project deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Evaluating and improving existing business workflows using technology-driven strategies.
Staying updated with the latest advancements in Life Sciences IT and RegTech.
Educational Qualifications:-
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following disciplines:
Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)
Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech)
Computer Applications (BCA / MCA)
Required Skills & Experience:-
2–10 years of experience in Clinical or Regulatory IT solutions.
Strong understanding of Clinical Research, Pharmacovigilance, and Drug Safety systems.
Experience with Regulatory Compliance and Validation systems (CSV).
Familiarity with US Life Sciences regulations and compliance frameworks.
Hands-on experience with software configuration management tools.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:-
In-depth expertise in Clinical Trials Management and Regulatory Compliance.
Practical knowledge of Compliance & Safety Systems.
Exposure to RegTech or Pharma IT platforms.
