Experience Required: 1–3 years
The Project Specialist will play a key role in managing multiple aspects of clinical trial operations, supporting project managers, and ensuring that all activities are executed in line with GCP guidelines and company SOPs.
Key Responsibilities:-
Support and coordinate day-to-day project management activities for ongoing clinical trials.
Track project progress, manage documentation, and maintain data accuracy throughout the study lifecycle.
Assist with study startup, site selection, and vendor management processes.
Prepare project status reports, update metrics, and ensure timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including clinical, regulatory, and data management units.
Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
Contribute to process improvement and ensure regulatory compliance with GCP and ICH standards.
Eligibility Criteria:-
Education:
Minimum: High school diploma.
Preferred: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Biotechnology.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in clinical research or project management within the healthcare sector.
Certifications (Preferred):
Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification.
Clinical Project Management certification.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools.
Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
Time management and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
