Job Role: Business Development Manager – Reproductive Genetics:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a key role in promoting LifeCell’s reproductive genetic tests and managing relationships with healthcare professionals.

This role is perfect for candidates who enjoy medical communication, fieldwork, meeting doctors, and taking responsibility for territory growth.

Key Responsibilities:-

As a Business Development Manager at LifeCell Diagnostics, you will be responsible for:

✔ Building & managing doctor relationships:

• Meeting gynaecologists, fertility specialists, paediatricians, and hospital

• Educating clinicians about reproductive genetics and diagnostic tests

✔ Promoting LifeCell’s diagnostic solutions:

• Prenatal and postnatal genetic tests

• Fertility diagnostics

• Genetic counselling services

✔ Conducting scientific activities:

• Organising CME programs and scientific presentations

• Conducting clinic meetings and awareness sessions

• Coordinating with medical and scientific teams

✔ Ensuring smooth sample logistics:

• Coordinating with clinics for sample pickups

• Following up on reports with diagnostic centres

✔ Sales and territory management:

• Achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets

• Tracking leads and updating CRM tools

• Expanding territory coverage and client network

This role combines technical knowledge + communication, + field management, making it perfect for ambitious Life Science graduates.

Eligibility Criteria:-

✔ Educational Qualification:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Biotechnology

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Life Sciences

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Genetics / Microbiology / Biochemistry

• Pharmacy and related science degrees are also accepted

✔ Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in diagnostics/healthcare sales preferred

• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply

• Confidence & willingness to travel for fieldwork
