About the Role:-
This training position offers an excellent learning platform for freshers to understand the technical, analytical, and documentation processes within a bioanalytical laboratory and QC setup.
Bioanalytical Department Responsibilities
Conduct in-process quality control of ongoing studies.
Review raw data, chromatograms, and validation reports.
Ensure SOP, GLP, and regulatory compliance in daily activities.
Check and maintain instrument calibration and proper labeling.
Verify sample concentrations before submission to the PK department.
Generate and distribute method SOPs; maintain logbooks and archives.
Monitor lab conditions (temperature, humidity, cleanliness).
Supervise waste disposal and support staff training on SOPs.
Quality Control (QC) Department Responsibilities
Manage study-related documentation according to regulatory standards.
Oversee medication dispensing and coordinate with clinical teams.
Ensure protocol adherence and overall data integrity.
Eligibility Criteria:-
For Bioanalytical: Bachelors/Masters in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or Pharmacy.
For QC: B.Pharm with PCI certification.
Experience: Freshers only (strong academic background preferred).
Candidates must submit their 10th original mark sheet for documents types during the bond period.
