Role Overview – Trainee (Site Support):-
The Trainee – Site Support will play an important role in pharmaceutical documentation and compliance processes.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing GMP documents, preparing technical reports, and ensuring smooth documentation workflows across different Apotex sites.
Key Responsibilities:-
Prepare, edit, and format technical documentation such as Validation Reports, Technical Transfer Packages, and other essential records.
Handle MMaR (Master Manufacturing Record) and MPaR (Master Packaging Record) creation and migration for Apotex sites, including Signet, Etobicoke, and Richmond Hill.
Execute and manage document approvals and cancellations using Content Server and MDoc systems.
Support the Change Control Record (CCR) process for document management.
Maintain GMP and SOP compliance in all assigned documentation tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of documents.

Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria:-
Education:
B.Pharm / M.Pharm or M.Sc in Life Sciences (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, etc.)
Experience:
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in pharma documentation, regulatory, or healthcare operations are eligible.
Key Skills:
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with document management systems and online technical tools
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy under deadlines
