• Experience: 1–3 years
• Working Days: 5 days a week
• Qualification: Any Graduate (Healthcare or Psychology preferred)
• Languages: English & Hindi (Mandatory), Tamil & Telugu (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:-

As a Patient Relationship Specialist at MediFyr, your role will include:

• Engaging with patients to understand their healthcare needs

• Guiding patients in selecting the right hospital and doctor

• Counseling patients on treatment options and available hospital facilities

• Coordinating with hospitals and doctors for appointment scheduling

• Maintaining accurate patient records and follow-ups

Required Qualifications & Skills:-

• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare coordination, patient counseling, or hospital support
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Knowledge of Tamil and Telugu will be an added advantage
• Patient-first approach with empathy and problem-solving skills
• Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
