Role Overview: Ops Support Analyst I, IRT:-
As an Ops Support Analyst in the IRT team, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining Interactive Response Technology systems, which play a critical role in clinical trial supply management, randomisation, and patient tracking.
This role ensures the smooth execution of global clinical trials by resolving system-related issues and supporting trial teams worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:-
As an Ops Support Analyst, you will:
Provide first-line operational and technical support for IRT systems used in global clinical trials.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues raised by study teams or investigators.
Monitor IRT system performance to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as IT, clinical operations, QA, and vendor partners.
Assist in preparing documentation, including user guides, SOPs, help manuals, and knowledge base articles.
Support validation activities, upgrades, and system testing.
Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, including GCP, ICH, 21 CFR Part 11, and company SOPs.
