Key Job Responsibilities:-
Quality Control (QC)
- Perform analytical testing using instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, IR, Dissolution, and Malvern Particle Sizer.
- Conduct Microbiology testing including MLT and EM analysis.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP/GLP and maintain equipment calibration.
- Participate in OOS/OOT investigations, deviation handling, and CAPA implementation through Trackwise.
- Prepare, review, and maintain SOPs, analytical records, logbooks, and data sheets.
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Manage IPQA, QMS, documentation, and AQA processes.
- Handle OOS/OOT closures, deviation approvals, and CAPA follow-ups.
- Support regulatory inspections (FDA, MHRA) and compliance activities.
- Ensure accurate documentation aligned with GMP standards.
Candidate Qualifications:-
- Education: M.Sc. (Chemistry), B.Pharm, or M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Analysis).
- Experience: 1–4 years in QC/QA roles within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Technical Skills:
- QC: Hands-on with HPLC, GC, UV, IR, Dissolution, LIMS, Microbiology analysis, or CSV.
- QA: Expertise in QMS, IPQA, Documentation, and AQA.
- Preferred: Experience with FDA/MHRA audits.
