Role: Scientific Sales Executive:-

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Ensure product availability through effective coordination with distributors and retailers.
  • Monitor competitor strategies and share timely market insights.

2. Customer Engagement & Brand Promotion

  • Conduct doctor engagements, CMEs, and patient awareness programs.
  • Implement brand strategies to boost prescriptions and brand visibility.
  • Report any adverse events in compliance with Pharmacovigilance guidelines.

3. Operational Excellence

  • Use sales force effectiveness (SFE) tools like OPTIMA and SLP for territory management.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and inventory data.
  • Manage expiry control and ensure smooth product flow.

4. Teamwork & Training

  • Support new employee onboarding and training sessions.
  • Participate in regional review meetings and skill-building programs.

Qualifications & Skills:-

  • Education: Graduate degree (B.Sc / B.Pharma preferred).

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in OTC, VMS, or Consumer Healthcare.

  • Core Skills:
    ✔ Strong communication & negotiation abilities
    ✔ Analytical and business acumen
    ✔ Proficiency in MS Office & sales tools
    ✔ Ability to influence doctors, pharmacists, and retailers
