Role: Scientific Sales Executive:-
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Ensure product availability through effective coordination with distributors and retailers.
- Monitor competitor strategies and share timely market insights.
2. Customer Engagement & Brand Promotion
- Conduct doctor engagements, CMEs, and patient awareness programs.
- Implement brand strategies to boost prescriptions and brand visibility.
- Report any adverse events in compliance with Pharmacovigilance guidelines.
3. Operational Excellence
- Use sales force effectiveness (SFE) tools like OPTIMA and SLP for territory management.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and inventory data.
- Manage expiry control and ensure smooth product flow.
4. Teamwork & Training
- Support new employee onboarding and training sessions.
- Participate in regional review meetings and skill-building programs.
Qualifications & Skills:-

Education: Graduate degree (B.Sc / B.Pharma preferred).

Experience: Minimum 2 years in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in OTC, VMS, or Consumer Healthcare.
