Available Roles & Key Responsibilities:-
🔧 Process Maintenance & Instrumentation
- Maintain and troubleshoot OSD plant and equipment.
- Handle equipment calibration, PLC programming, and SCADA systems.
- Implement Preventive Maintenance Programs (PMP).
💧 Water System Operations
- Operate and maintain WFI (Water for Injection) and pure steam generation systems.
- Ensure compliance with USFDA and regulatory standards.
- Perform sterilization, sanitization, and passivation activities.
⚙️ Mechanical Maintenance
- Maintain primary & secondary OSD packaging equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, RCA, and breakdown analysis.
- Manage technical documentation, SPM checklists, and SAP records.
🏭 Production & Packing (Derma)
- Oversee tube filling, jar filling, and bottle filling for creams, ointments, and lotions.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and international quality standards.
🧪 Quality Control (QC) Analyst
- Test raw materials, finished products, and stability samples.
- Ensure compliance with 21 CFR guidelines.
- Maintain strict quality documentation for audits.
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Education:
- Process Maintenance/Instrumentation/Water Systems: Diploma/B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation).
- Mechanical Maintenance: Diploma/B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering).
- Production & Packing (Derma): Diploma/B.Tech/B.Pharm.
- QC Analyst: B.Sc/M.Sc. (Chemistry/Pharma).
- Experience: 3–7 years in pharma manufacturing (USFDA-approved plants preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, cGMP, SAP, TPM concepts, and RCA.
- Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, equipment handling, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent documentation and audit readiness.
