Job Responsibilities:-
As a Sales & Business Development Manager at ALS India, you will:
- Drive Sales Growth – Identify and capture new opportunities in food, pharma, and biologics testing services.
- Manage Client Relationships – Build strong partnerships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct Market Research – Analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Develop Proposals – Prepare proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies to win new accounts.
- Collaborate with Technical Teams – Align client needs with ALS’s high-quality testing solutions.
- Report & Analyze Performance – Track sales progress, prepare detailed reports, and share insights with leadership.
Qualifications:-
To be considered, candidates should bring:
- Experience: 2–10 years in sales or business development, ideally in pharmaceutical, food, or biologics testing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biotechnology, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with testing services and regulatory standards such as FSSAI, NABL is a plus.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in Mumbai, Nasik, Bangalore, Kerala, or Delhi.
- Track Record: Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing client portfolios.
