• Position: Assistant Manager – F&D

  • Experience: 3–5 years in a formulation pharma plant

2. Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL):

• Position: Assistant Manager – ADL

  • Experience: 8–10 years in an analytical lab (formulation plant)

Key Responsibilities:-

• Plan and execute formulation development activities.

For ADL Roles:

• Develop and validate analytical methods for APIs and formulations.
• Perform stability studies and advanced analysis using HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, and related instruments.

• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
