Job Roles & Responsibilities:-
1. Engineering & Maintenance (Electrical / Water Plant / Equipment)
- Ensure smooth functioning of production equipment.
- Oversee water plant operations and maintenance.
- Support continuous improvement in manufacturing efficiency.
2. QC Analytical (RM/PM/DS/DP/Stability/QMS)
- Perform quality testing on raw materials, packaging materials, drug substances, and drug products.
- Conduct stability studies and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS).
3. QC Microbiology (EM/MLT/QMS)
- Carry out Environmental Monitoring (EM) and Microbial Limit Testing (MLT).
- Ensure compliance with GMP and QMS standards.
4. Analytical QA (Biosimilars / Mabs)
- Review QC documentation for analytical and microbiology studies.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in biosimilars and monoclonal antibody (Mabs) development.
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related fields.
- Experience: 2–8 years in biopharma, injectables, or biosimilars (QA/QC/Engineering).
- Skills: Hands-on knowledge in GMP, QMS, EM, MLT, stability studies, and equipment maintenance.
- Certifications: Relevant pharma/biopharma certifications are an added advantage.
