Job Responsibilities at Hetero Labs:-
Depending on the department, candidates will handle the following responsibilities:
- Quality Control (QC): Performing stability tests, HPLC, GC, IP/FP analysis, dissolution, RM testing, LIMS, GLP, and microbiology procedures.
- Production: Managing granulation, compression, coating, Wurster coating, and capsule filling.
- Packing: Handling blister packing, bottle packing, liquid filling, and Track & Trace systems.
- Engineering: Process and equipment maintenance, focusing on electrical systems for smooth operations.
- Warehouse: Raw material (RM) and packing material handling, dispensing, and inventory control.
Eligibility Criteria:-
Hetero Labs is hiring candidates with the following qualifications and experience:
- Quality Control: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc. with 1–5 years’ experience in QC, HPLC, GC, stability, or microbiology.
- Production: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc., or B.Pharm with 1–5 years’ experience in granulation, compression, or coating.
- Packing: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc., or B.Pharm with 1–5 years’ experience in blister or bottle packing.
- Engineering: Diploma or B.Tech (Electrical) with 0–5 years’ experience in process/equipment maintenance.
- Warehouse: B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Com, or M.Com with 1–5 years in dispensing, receipt, or warehouse control.
👉 Freshers with relevant qualifications are also encouraged to apply for select roles.
