Syngene is inviting applications for the role of Research Associate/Executive/Analyst at its Small Molecule Bioanalytical Laboratory in Bangalore, India.
This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in regulated bioanalysis who are eager to contribute to BA/BE studies while working under GCP and GLP standards.
Key Responsibilities:-
As a part of Syngene’s prestigious bioanalytical team, your key duties will include:
- Performing sample processing, method development, validation, and study sample analysis as per SOPs.
- Preparing STPs, method validation protocols, and study analysis documents.
- Coordinating with equipment maintenance teams for LC-MS/MS and HPLC troubleshooting.
- Maintaining documentation with ALCOA++ principles to minimize audit findings.
- Ensuring compliance with GCP/GLP regulatory guidelines.
- Participating in scientific discussions to promote innovation and accuracy.
- Analyzing data, troubleshooting logically, and effectively communicating results.
Eligibility Criteria:-
Education:
- M.Pharm or Master’s in Life Sciences (Pharmaceutics or related field)
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in regulated small molecule bioanalysis
- Hands-on experience in bioanalytical experiments
Preferred:
- Experience in a bioanalytical CRO lab is an added advantage
Skills Required:
- Strong scientific reasoning and experimental planning
- Proficiency in documentation and English communication (B+ level or higher)
- Project management, data analysis, and risk mitigation
