Key Responsibilities:-
As a Project Support Analyst at Clario, you will:
- Support clinical trial workflows while ensuring compliance with GxP standards and study-specific protocols.
- Perform quality checks, redaction, and preparation of clinical source documents such as images, videos, and PDFs.
- Facilitate translations and create DICOM image links as required.
- Raise queries and follow up with study sites to ensure timely resolution.
- Generate and distribute study closeout deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in project meetings.
- Provision user accounts for assigned clinical studies.
- Use specialized tools (e.g., SightHound, PDF redaction software) to ensure data integrity and patient privacy.
Required Qualifications:-
To qualify for this role, candidates should have:
- Associate/Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 0–2 years of experience in clinical trials, healthcare, or related domains (1+ year preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Teams, OneNote).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify PII/PHI for redaction.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and in teams with strong problem-solving skills.
